Our running programs are more than just a means of exercise, they are an opportunity for us to come together and build a strong and supportive community. Every time we lace up our running shoes and hit the pavement, we are not only improving our physical well-being but also nurturing our social connections. As we share miles, we engage in conversations, share stories, and cheer each other on. These friendships go beyond the finish line, extending into our everyday lives. We celebrate each other's accomplishments, provide a listening ear during challenging times, and offer words of encouragement when needed. Together, we create an atmosphere of inclusivity, where everyone feels welcomed and supported, regardless of their pace or experience level. Learn To Run

Lead by Pete Meades, our next Learn To Run clinic is from April 15 - June 5th. We will meet twice a week, every Monday & Wednesday @ 6:00pm from The Run Parlour (5 Albert St., Clinton, Ontario.)

London's Canada Life Forest City Road Races are on June 9th - the perfect opportunity to run your first 5k in a beautiful location, surrounded by a supportive running community - and The Run Parlour has discount codes! Talk to Coach Pete if you are interested.
