7:15-8pm at Run Parlour London following our social run. We will be doing a deep dive into all the common hot spots for runners using lacrosse balls, bands and foam rollers. This is a free event open to all!

The formula 🧪: Community 5k run with 2k walk option. We start from Run Parlour London, taking a scenic route through the neighborhood. At the finish line, you will be treated to a surprise performance from a multi Juno award winning artist at a nearby location!!

Join us at Run Parlour London from 2-4pm for a special women's wellness event featuring HETTAs shoes.

Founder Lindsay Housman will be joining us from Vancouver to chat about HETTAs unique design, created by researching the impact of running on female physiology.

Try out their demo fleet and then participate in some mobility exercises with Kass from Align Movement Co.

We will have a panel discussion following the workouts focusing on women's health with Karen Tyssen, physio, Lisa Spriet, dietician and Kass - personal trainer.
