Gel 100 from Maurten is a concentrated carbohydrate solution engineered to offer high amounts of carbohydrate per serving to fuel any and all your activity. It consists of a unique blend of glucose and fructose - a ratio of 0.8:1 - which enables uptakes of up to 100 grams of carbohydrates per hour. Gel 100 can be used before, during and/or after activity.
The delivery of this high carbohydrate concentration is made possible through the conversion of Gel 100 into hydrogel.
