Our running programs are more than just a means of exercise, they are an opportunity for us to come together and build a strong and supportive community. Every time we lace up our running shoes and hit the pavement, we are not only improving our physical well-being but also nurturing our social connections. As we share miles, we engage in conversations, share stories, and cheer each other on. These friendships go beyond the finish line, extending into our everyday lives. Learn To Run - Clinton
Lead by Pete Meades, our next Learn To Run clinic in Clinton is from Sept 16th - Dec 2nd 2024. We will meet twice a week, every Monday & Wednesday @ 6:00pm from The Run Parlour (5 Albert St., Clinton, Ontario.)

Learn to Run - London
Led by Heather MacEachern, Run Parlour London's Learn To Run clinic is from September 16th- December 2nd. We will meet twice a week, every Monday & Wednesday @ 6:00pm from The Run Parlour London (1010 Dundas Street.) and finish at 100 Kelloggs Lane (Powerhouse on Mondays / Bier Kitchen on Wednesdays) for an optional post run social.
All paces welcome, the goal is for participants to be able to complete a 5k distance by the end of the program.
