Gel 100 from Maurten is a concentrated carbohydrate solution engineered to offer high amounts of carbohydrate per serving to fuel any and all your activity. It consists of a unique blend of glucose and fructose - a ratio of 0.8:1 - which enables uptakes of up to 100 grams of carbohydrates per hour.
